Thus, one product may meet different drain intervals, especially depending on the specifications required in different vehicle types.

Yes. All engine oils, whether full synthetic, synthetic-based or mineral, are technically intermixable without restriction. Above all, the oil must meet the performance specification required by the engine manufacturer, and ideally an oil with the same viscosity should also be used.

Yes, it's possible. Oil degradation is far from being solely dependent on mileage, the
Driving style (sporty driving at high revs puts more stress on the oil than fuel-efficient driving),
length of routes (short routes and city driving mean faster oil degradation than long distance driving),
frequency of oil top-up (the higher the oil consumption and the more frequent the top-up, the better the condition of the oil fill at the end of the oil change interval).
The result can be a condition where the lower mileage oil is in worse condition than the higher mileage oil.
