At AutoMax, we offer our customers the option of signing a service contract with Full service for up to 48 months as part of after-sales care. During this time, the machine is under the supervision of the service team and operating costs are minimized by a monthly flat fee.

Service inspection on each machine is carried out 2 times a year and includes complete inspection and revision of the machine, including functional test. During the inspection, the exchange of wear parts - consumables, except traction batteries, is carried out. If necessary, the operator is also retrained.

We have long experience in the field of cleaning technology. We have over 170 cleaning machines in our range and are constantly expanding it.

Our specialists are ready to personally consult the problem on site and qualifiedly propose the optimal solution to the customer, including the cleaning technology. For cleaning companies, we also offer the possibility of consultation in the context of contract preparation or tenders.

In addition to the sale of machines, we also offer the possibility of acquiring equipment without the often high initial costs.

Payments can be spread over up to 6 months without any increase in price. You can also buy cleaning equipment from us in the form of a long-term rental for 24 to 60 months. At the end of the lease, we will sell the machine to you for CZK 1,000.

We guarantee your mobility for the duration of the rental and provide a warranty on the equipment. The warranty does not cover mishandling and traction batteries.

We have two service depots for cleaning equipment - in Rokycany and Brno, and we also have a network of contractual partners throughout the Czech Republic.

Our service technicians are qualified experts with full technical support directly from the manufacturers and have a stock of accessories and spare parts available in the country.

Professional cleaning equipment is serviced directly at the customer's premises, thus reducing downtime to a minimum.

Despite the best efforts of our service department, there may be situations where the machine cannot be repaired within a timeframe that the customer can accept. In this case, we offer the possibility of renting equipment.

Both of our service depots store a basic stock of machines that we can provide for the duration of the machine service. These loan machines may not always be an exact match to the customer's machine, but they will help eliminate the downtime of malfunctioning machinery.

Our service centre has a wide range of spare parts for all types of machines, as well as the vast majority of consumables and operating materials.

We travel to our manufacturers every week, so we respond very quickly to our customers' needs even in the case of non-standard requirements.
